I'm in between a 16p and 18p in tops because I have 38 DDD'S with 17.8' shoulder with I purchased a size 3xl based on the charted measurements and it fits me perfectly.
the quality of the material is thick and heavy but the lace is delicate so I think that a softer material should have been used to balance the style of this blazer, it's beautiful but because my breast are larger the lace on the side sits on my breast line and not at the waistline and it dosen't compliment my figure to my b taste. It's beautiful and worth the purchase. I'm returning it for a different choice but I won't blame this item for the return,  I wish that it would have looked good on my shape.
