I received the package yesterday and when I opened it, things were scrambled inside the bag. I think the bag is small for all of the items inside. The plastic bag for this particular item unfortunately had a hole in it as seen in one of the attached picture. The coat is very beautiful and warm. It is luxurious and looks expensive. All of the seams are very well sawn. I would love to keep it but it is too big even though I did choose the smallest size. Very sorry that I will have to return it. I am sure for the people who fit it, it would be a good buy.
